We welcome you with our arms wide open

Our "Mama" Marjana prepares excellent vegetable and meat dishes and homemade desserts. We are especially proud of our homemade juices, brandies, wines and bread and also homegrown fruit.

In the barn we have many pets, such as pigs, cows, chicken, rabbits, horses and a goat.

We also offer our guests a chance to sleep in the hay barn. That is not something you get to do every day.

We also give our guests plenty of tips where to go and what do do. They can also use our beach volleyball court, our football field, play table tennis, use our archery equipment or ride our bicycles.

There are more than ten mineral springs in the area and many opportunities for walks and short trips.

Our homestead, located in Cogetinci, in Slovenske gorice, is known for our domescity,  amiability and our tradicional accommodation and cousine. We have received several "Best farm" awards so far and are very proud of that.

You should try our delicious cuisine!

We offer genuine homecooked cuisine, stressing out Tünka lard, ham, dry sausage, different kinds of pate, cheese or homebaked bread. Our guests can also try our syrian sour soup, the »prezganka« soup or bone soup with home-made noodles.

Our home speciality is colt in natural sauce with dumplings, followed by rabbit in a sauce, chicken on buckwheat porridge, roast pork with bread dumplings, home-made goulash and steamed red cabbage with »pecenica«, black pudding or slovenian pasta. We are also known by home-made corn, buckwheat and potato »zganci«.

We didn't forget about some vegeterian dishes. Try our cheese, home-made cottage cheese and yogurt. You can also try filled zucchini, aubergines and tomatoes with buckwheat porridge, baked vegetables, rice steak with swiss chard and more.

In 2001, the farm became a member of Europe’s “Houses with Tradition” network.
